eComWin was created by Jim Oliver with a proven track record of working with clients, but who wanted a more hands-on relationship with his customers. His experience has taught him that a small, highly skilled and focused engineering team was often the "make or break" factor of any project. He believes that by listening to his customers' needs, taking the time to understand the business problem and objective, and serving as dedicated technical resource from start to finish, he could craft profitable solutions.
